Buttah Skin is a Black-owned luxury skincare brand founded in Los Angeles, California by entrepreneur Dorion Renaud, designed specifically for melanin-rich skin. Buttah Skin's shea butter-based formulations moisturize, brighten, and protect deeper skin tones without leaving white cast — a problem that plagued mainstream skincare brands that historically ignored Black consumers. After a successful Shark Tank appearance, Buttah Skin became one of the fastest-growing Black-owned beauty brands in the country, now sold in major retailers nationwide.
